Prize on Modern Built Heritage

Eligibility

Education – Students

Master Diploma Projects or Thesis developed in the framework of Master level study programs in the field of Architectural and Urban Design at Higher Education Institutions. The object of study must be located within the geographical scope of the Council of Europe*.

 

Master Diploma Projects or Thesis defended in the following academic years: 2020/2021, 2021/2022.

 

Minimum rate to applicate to the prize: Outstanding, A (ECTS Grading Scales)

 

The jury for this category may not be part of the mentoring committee that participated in the development of the Master Diploma Project or Thesis, nor have a direct professional or family relationship with the author/s of the submitted proposal (up to second degree of kinship).

Education – Instructors

Innovative Teaching and Pedagogical Practices implemented as curricular activities with ECTS recognition at Higher Education Institutions. The institution must be located within the geographical scope of the Council of Europe*

 

The submitted proposal should imply innovative actions or ways to address the education process and address Modern Heritage as one of the main topics or study case.

 

The curricular activity should be completed within the following academic years: 2020/2021 or 2021/2022.

 

The jury for this category may not be part of the teaching team of the submitted proposal nor have a direct professional or family relationship with the author/s of the submitted proposal (up to second degree of kinship).

Practice

Built Projects dealing with Modern Heritage (19th – 20th Century) completed between 2018 and 2022. The projects must be located within the geographical scope of the Council of Europe*

 

Author/s of the projects submitted may not be part of the jury at this category nor have a direct professional or family relationship with members of the jury (up to second degree of kinship).

Research Honorary Award

Individual researchers or research institution that developed his/her work within the scope of Modern Heritage and from a state member of the Council of Europe*

 

The researchers or the members of the institution that opt for this category may not be part of the jury at this category nor have a direct professional or family relationship with the members of the jury (up to second degree of kinship).
