The idea is to look back at the history of Savamala, as well as the overall culture of Belgrade, by creating a media library. Through reconstruction, with a careful approach to the materials used, this traditional building will join the urban renewal of Savamala that has already begun, but from a cultural aspect.

The current state will represent a tribute to the academic architecture of the 19th century, while the future intervention will aim to fit the cultural center into the new urban environment. With its position, touching the promenade, the center will have the task of creating social interaction, the lack of which has been observed as the main negative side of this part of the city. It is at this place that the idea of ​​creating a media library was born, which will establish the cultural identity of the area created in previous times.
