Cultural and educational fashion center "Spanish House"

The cultural and educational fashion center “Spanish House” represents the project of revitalization and reactivation of the currently destroyed and abandoned building near the Branko’s bridge in Belgrade.

When designing the building, the aim was to preserve its current state, which primarily refers to the existing facades and structural elements. The building was upgraded in the form of an atrium for fashion shows and the top floor, which becomes a greenhouse, in order to increase its attractiveness and enable better functionality.

Through the processes of setting up the concept and developing the project, the goal was to achieve the greatest possible energy efficiency through the analysis of resources and the use of local, sustainable and organic materials.
