FUTURE CITY FROM THE PAST

The urban project of the brutalist structure is based on sustainability with a focus on improving the current state (nature and living standards). A key factor in the conceptualization of the project was the creation of a self-sustaining complex that would be adaptive and equipped to protect against natural disasters. The project consists of 8 zones, with different functions, and contains its own form of transport that eliminates the need for car traffic. The established transport is integrated into the architecture, which is placed on an orthogonal matrix, and consists of high-speed trains (vertical and horizontal trajectories) that have different capacities depending on the position in the assembly.
