Myth about Miona’

Project represents intervention in city center of Mionica, town in the west part of Serbia. Idea of the project was to conceptualize discrete intervention in the vicinity of the church in specific context. Program of the visitor’s center was derived from author’s intention to design new spatial complex that will be complementary to existing tourist infrastructure. Also special focus was put on relation with the surrounding natural and cultural heritage. Underground structure of the object created specific view points and ambiance that will enrich the center of Mionica and offer specific experience for visitors and local inhabitants.
